Barbara Phillips Millians, age 78 of Newnan passed away peacefully at her home on November 10, 2011. She was a member of Royal Baptist Church where she was actively involved in the Ladies Sunshine Class.
She was a retired International Playtex Employee. Her life was enriched by her “Gift of Care Giving” toward her family and others. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James M. Millians; parents, Frances and Clifford L. Smiley and sister, Mary Roberts.
Mrs. Millians is survived by her sister, Betty Carmen of Haughton, LA; daughters, Deborah Moore Aldridge of Gulf Shores, AL; Perdita Phillips Tisdale of Newnan, GA; and Glenda Phillips Williams of Brooks, GA; Great-grandchild, Lauren Huston, grandchildren Alan Aldridge, Jr. of VA, Ashley Aldridge Weyer of SC, Patric P. Huston of Newnan, GA, Amber C.
Huston of Newnan, GA, Kristina Guest Costley; step-children, Margaret Millians Hunter of Moreland, GA, Jimmy Millians of Newnan, GA, Steve Millians of Newnan, GA and Sam Millians of Newnan, GA and their children and grandchildren. Lifelong friends Hubert and Shirley Smith of Newnan, GA.
