Barbara M. Parsons, 86, of Camp Verde passed away September 3, 2014. A second generation Arizonan, she was born in Cottonwood and lived in the Verde Valley all her life. She was a retired school teacher and had taught 30 years in the Camp Verde School System. She is survived by her sons, Robert (Clela), Curt (Rosie), and Mike (Terri), 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, and her brother, Ed Watts (Lynn). Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Tap, and one grandson.
