Barbara L. Fruhmann, 63, of Hanover Township, passed away peacefully after a long illness on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. She was the wife of John Fruhmann, with whom she shared over 34 years of loving marriage.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Barbara was the daughter of the late John and Mary (DeVita) Lacognata. She worked for many years for Pfizer and Minerals Technologies, where she was an Export Coordinator. She went back to school and earned her Associates Degree in Business from Northampton Community College, proudly earning a 4.0 GPA. She loved to sing and dance, and loved social occasions. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed playing Scrabble, but the most important things to her were her friends and family.
Survivors: husband John; daughter Kathryn Fruhmann of Bethlehem; sister Roselle Castellano and her husband Vincent of Freehold, NJ; brother John Lacognata and his wife Lauren of Marlboro, NJ.
