Barbara June (BJ) Norkaitis Nielson Ray. She was born 1/14/1943 in Bridgeport, CT. BJ passed away peacefully 4/06/2022 in Miami, FL. She is survived by her husband, Mack Ray; 2 sons, Terry Bean (Lillian) & Steve Sisson; 4 grandchildren, Erika, Alex, Stephanie and John; 5 great grandchildren, Kimberly, Kaylee, Ryan, Riley and Brody; and her cat, Benjamin. BJ served in the U. S. Marines 1963-1964. She taught, volunteered and witnessed for our Lord Jesus Christ all her adult life. BJ would always start a conversation with the person in the checkout line next to her. Being around her Grand Children with their kids gave her great joy. She was a good friend to many people and Mack’s best friend.
