Barbara Joan (Borowsky) Ouillette, 76, formerly of Trumbull, wife of the late Leo C. Ouillette, passed away on Monday, August 31st. Born in Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Tillie (Fabricant) Borowsky. Barbara grew up and lived in New York before moving to Trumbull where she lived for thirty years. She taught special education in New York City and in Stamford, CT for thirty years.
