Our beloved wife, mother, and sister, Barbara Jean (Cutler) Smith, 73, returned home to her Heavenly Father on September 18, 2017 after a short battle with breast cancer.
Barbara was born to Stanley H and Rachel Mary Cutler on April 20, 1944 in Fredonia, Arizona.
She married Rocky Leroy Smith April 20, 1965 in Cambridge and sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple, April 8, 1966. They met when he was hauling logs to her father’s sawmill in Cambridge. They shared their love story for 52 years, but it still lives.
She gave up her dream of becoming a nurse to become a devoted wife and mother to her six children. She truly gave them her all. As her family grew and left home, she helped many people through her work as a CNA at a nursing home and home health.
Barbara enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and enjoying the great outdoors with her husband.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Rachael Cutler and sister, Phyllis Allen.
