Barbara Ellen (Gallagher) Plum, 77, of Middletown, beloved wife of Raymond Plum for fifty four years, passed away on Tuesday, July 7th at Hartford Hospital. Born in Malden, MA, she was the daughter of the late John and Hazel (Dresser) Gallagher. Barbara lived in Middletown most of her life where she was a member of Planning and Zoning for twelve years and Chair for six years. She was also a member of the Laures Garden Club. Along with her husband, Barbara is survived by her son, Russell Plum and his wife, Beth of Frisco, TX and three grandchildren, Matthew, Michelle and Alexis.
