Barbara Elean Grunig Arnell passed away at her home on the early hours of June 24, 2018. Barbara was born to Lorain and Sophia Henrietta Young Grunig on October 10, 1942. She married Farrell Jay Arnell on May 19, 1962. Their marriage was solemnized at the Logan LDS Temple on March 25, 2011.
Barbara lost her mom at 2 years old. Her brother Bob and his wife Thelda Grunig raised her in her early years as well as Glen Grunig. She graduated high school in 1960. On May 19, 1962, she married the love of her life Farrell Jay “Gus” Arnell. In November 1962, Kelly Jay was born, 11 years later Chad Lee was born, and 15 years later Eric Eugene was born.
Barbara was a homemaker and also worked numerous jobs, including waitressing and many other odd jobs.
