Born January 20, 1928 made Heaven her home on December 1, 2015, as she heard her Lord and Savior say, “Well done My good and faithful one.” Surrounded by family in her home filled with love, memories, and photos she was reunited with her husband of 68 years, A.G. Booker, Jr. who preceded her in death one year earlier. Affectionately known as “Nanny,” family meant everything to her. Her daily walk was an inspiration to others being strong in faith, fervent in prayer, and always serving the Lord. She was a member of Georgetown Assembly of God and had previously served for over 20 years as the secretary/ treasurer. She was preceded in death by her husband A.G. Booker, Jr., one grandson Mark Booker, and sister JoAnn Armstrong. She leaves the legacy of love, family and faith to her four children, Veronica (Jim) Crone, Kenny (Shelia) Booker, Larry (Janice) Booker, and Suzanne (Britt) Smith, 20 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, one sister Carmen Jackson, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
