Barbara Anne “Barbie” Mills age 63 of Sandwich formerly of Geneva passed away Thursday March 28, 2013 at Delnor Hospital in Geneva.
She was born October 25, 1949 in Chicago, IL. the daughter of William and Charlotte Best.
Barbie’s cooking was legendary. She enjoyed the outdoors from the back of a motorcycle, photography and fishing.
She is survived by her daughter Amanda Sue Andrews of Chicago; parents William Best of Lake Geneva and Charlotte Winclechter of Batavia and dear friend Richard Gaertner.
She was preceded in death by her step father Victor Winclechter.
