Barbara Ann Piper, 62 of Springfield, Kentucky, formerly of Centralia passed Friday, June 20, 2014 after a courageous battle against cancer. She was born September 17, 1951 in Centralia, daughter of Charles Craig and Ella Mae (Howell) Craig. She married Danny L. Piper on April 20, 1970 and he survives.
In addition to her husband of 44 years, she is also survived by a son, Matthew W. Piper of Los Angeles, CA; a daughter, Sara Bisplinghoff of Bolingbrook, Illinois; two grandchildren: Audrey Bisplinghoff and Zachary Bisplinghoff both of Bolingbrook, Illinois; a sister, Susan Ditterline of Centralia; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, C. Craig, Jr.Barbara was a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Centralia. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
