WALLINGFORD – Barbara (Cottle) Aldrich, 83, formerly of Saw Mill Drive, departed this life on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at her home in Ashlar Village.
Barbara was born on September 29, 1927, in New York, NY, a daughter of the late Barnard and Evelyn (Davis) Cottle.
Barbara grew up and spent her early adult life in Rowayton, CT, having lived on both Wilson Avenue and Crest Road. She graduated Cum Laude from Bates College and was a member of the Class of 1949.
