Barbara A. Luning, 68 of Wenona, passed away Sunday (October 26, 2014) at 9 PM at St. Mary’s Hospital in Streator.
She was born September 20, 1946 in Chicago to Frank & Zudora (Kerns) Zumda. She married William D. Luning on November 26, 1965 in Toluca. He surives.
She is also survived by two sons: Aaron (Cheryl) Luning and Robert (Kristie) Luning, both of Wenona and 3 grandchildren: Aril, Kayla and Jeremy Luning.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She attended Minonk schools and graduated from Minonk High School. She had formerly been a member of the Eastern Star. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren.
