Barbara T. Kozakiewicz (Lentz), age 83, of Forks Twp., formerly of Middle Village, NY, passed away at New Eastwood Nursing Home in Easton on June 6, 2017. She was the loving Wife of Eugene Kozakiewicz.
Born in Brooklyn NY, Barbara was the daughter of the late Joseph and Pauline Lentz (Krygier).
Barbara was a graduate of Bishop McDonnell Memorial High School in Brooklyn.
She was a loving wife, mother, & grandmother. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casinos & dining out.
In addition to Eugene, Barbara is survived by; daughters, Jeanne Pratt, wife of the late David Scott Pratt and Cynthia Kozakiewicz, Ph. D.; Granddaughters, Jaqueline Pratt, wife of Nick Dailey and Danielle Pratt and sister, Sr. Carol (Arlene) Lentz, SS .
In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her sister Carol Lentz.
