Babs passed away peacefully on Oct. 24, 2012. She is survived by her three children, Christine Cullen of Shalimar, Fla., Kelly Potter Cullen of Destin, Fla., William (Elaine) Cullen of Temple Terrace, Fla.; and three grandchildren, Danielle Potter, Laura (Patrick) Cullen McClernon and Chad Cullen of Japan. She also leaves behind her younger brother, Lee (Connie) Goodman of Carlisle, Pa.; and three nephews and two nieces.
She enjoyed a 25-year career teaching students a captain’s license course to prepare them to pass the Coast Guard licensing exams. Babs held a 100-ton boat captain’s license. For most of her career, she based her business on St.
