He is survived by his wife, Linda L. Tincher of Bicknell, IN, children, James C. Choate of Edwardsport, IN, James R. Choate of Oaktown, IN, Melissa Evinger of Edwardsport, IN, Lettie Collins of Vincennes, IN and Brian Collins of Vincennes, IN. 5 grandchildren and several cousins also survive.
