Details: August L. Luedtke, 84, a life long resident of Severn died April 11 at his residence in Severn. Born November 7 1928 on the family farm in Severn to the late August and Martha Luedtke, Mr. Luedtke worked for 45 years at National Plastics / Nevamar in Odenton from 1949 till 1994. He also worked for over 40 years at the Butler Saw Mill in Gambrills. He enjoyed traveling, and driving his corvette. He is preceded in death by a brother Chris Luedtke and a sister Martha Howard. Mr. Luedtke is survived by a daughter Linda Loane and her husband Frank Sr. of Pasadena, a sister Dorothy Urie of Pasadena, 2 grandsons Frank Loane Jr. and his wife Julie and William “Bill” Loane and his wife Paula both of Pasadena, 2 great grandchildren Chelsea and Emily Loane.
