She was a 2011 graduate of Dublin Coffman High School in Dublin, Ohio, and she had attended Columbus State College in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Bell worked as a restaurant manager. She was a gifted athlete, had worked with special needs people and the elderly, and was an avid lover of animals. Ms. Bell loved music, writing, and going to the beach.
