Mrs. Audry Jean Clements, 77, of Rising Sun, died Thursday, February 19, 2009, at Dearborn County Hospital. She was born in Trimble County, Kentucky, the daughter of William Henry and Leona Florence (Wingham) McCutchen. She was a 1950 graduate of Cross Plains High School. She was a homemaker and a resident of Rising Sun, Indiana for the past 56 plus years. She loved to travel, having toured all states except Alaska.
She is survived by her husband, James E. Clements, whom she married June 23, 1950, one son, Ronald H.(Paula) Clements of Milan, two daughters Alice C. Harper of Lawrenceburg and Beverly J. (Ed) Garrett of Columbia City, two granddaughters Jessica A. (Chris) West of Waynesboro, Mississippi and Beth Harper of West Lafayette. Also, one brother Ira (Nola) McCutcheon of Kent, and one sister Rachel Ward of Versailles, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son-in-law Terrence “Terry” Harper.
