Audrey S. Hundemann, 95, of Centralia passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Centralia Manor. Audrey was born Saturday, June 10, 1922, in Centralia the daughter of Shubert Somer and Marie (Dickinson) Somer.
She married Joseph Carl Hundemann and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Hundemann is survived by her daughter: Joan White and husband Dave White of Centralia, brother: Richard F. Somer and wife Arlene Somer of New York, four grandchildren: Madeleine Pennock and significant other Luigi Zeccardo of Rockville, MD; Emily Wooters and husband Zach Wooters of Las Vegas, NV; Grace Pennock and significant other Andrew Jackson of Collinsville, IL; and Joseph Pennock and wife Taylor Pennock of Centralia; and six great-grandchildren: Carson Wooters, Holden Wooters, Charlotte Wooters, Jude Pennock, Sawyer Pennock, and Isabella Jackson.
Mrs. Hundemann was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother: Jim Somer. Mrs. Hundemann worked for the Federal Government in the Department of Commerce for 20 years. She enjoyed doing hobbies such as lapidary and woodworking. She also enjoyed being with her family and especially her grandchildren.
