Edgewater, FL: Audrey G. Kelsey, 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Indigo Palms Convalescent Home in South Daytona Beach, FL after a long illness. She was the wife of William B. Kelsey. Born in Winsted, December 15, 1933, Daughter of the late Edward and Edith (Parker) Goodrow, she had lived most or her life in Winsted before moving to FL in 1998. While she was in Winsted, she was a member of the Winchester Republican Town Committee, Winsted Board of Selectmen, the Winchester Board of Education, the Winchester Economic Development Commission and was Secretary to the Winchester Highland Lake Commission. In addition to her husband of 53 years, she is survived by a daughter, Sylvia LaCasse of Torrington; a brother, William Goodrow of Ormond Beach, FL; a granddaughter, Stepheni LaCasse of Northfield and a great grandson, Riley LaCasse.
