Audrey Catherine Jurmu (nee Maki), 87 of Millersville passed away on February 24, 2023. Audrey was born on July 20, 1935 in Bessemer, Michigan to the late Ilmo and Hilda Maki. She graduated from the University of Maryland earning a Degree in Education. She retired from teaching at St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Glen Burnie, MD after 32 years of service. Both Audrey and her late husband, Russell were also long time active members of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Audrey is survived by her loving daughters, Diane Jurmu Critzman and her husband, Bill, Kathy Jurmu Dallman and her husband, Rev. Roger Dallman; cherished grandchildren, Stacey Paugh and her husband, Eric, Andrew Dallman, Adam Dallman and Evi Hoy and her husband, Oliver; beloved great-granddaughter, Lydia Hoy; and dear sister, Karen Willing Mattson. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
