Formwalt; loving grandmother of Kimberly Sharaf, Amy Miller, Stacey Kowalski, Jill Formwalt, Ashleigh Bertrand, Sean Bertrand, Kasey Bertrand, and Daniel Wheeler; cherished great-grandmother of Zayna and Sirine Sharaf. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Doris Fountain and John Rausch.
