Audrey Bodiford, age 81, of Berryville, AR went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 11, 2016.
She was born November 30, 1934 in Dallas, TX, the daughter of the late Henry and Annie (Akins) Slayton.
Mrs. Bodiford was a member of Moore Freewill Baptist Church in Berryville. She was a devoted, loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was an avid reader and enjoyed painting, and sewing. Audrey loved keeping score at the softball games her husband would umpire. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends

Survived by her husband of 64 years, Billy Bodiford whom she married on September 22, 1951, her sons, Gary Bodiford and wife Darcy of Waterloo, Iowa, Doyle Bodiford and wife Karen of Spring, TX, one sister, Henrieta Harper and husband Wayne of Mesquite, TX, 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Audrey was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Threlkeld who passed away August 10, 2006 and her son Bryan Bodiford who passed away June 2, 2008.
