Artie Kayser, born in Lubbock, TX on December 7, 1932 to John and Louise Dunlap. Artie was a successful woman, who could work circles around most people. She ran a tight ship but always encouraged her employee’s to be their best. She was an avid reader, quilter, cross stitcher, gardener and loved a good laugh. In Hobbs, NM she was a Rural Postal Carrier and had a truck garden. She could grow just about anything.

Survived by her brother George (Juanita) Dunlap of Albuquerque, NM, sister-in-law Pat Dunlap Dunn of Hobbs, NM, daughters Terrel Bourbon, Carrie Hicks of Anthony, TX, Juanita (Jim) McGowen of Hawkins, TX, Kathie (Michael) Denman of Albuquerque, NM, Beverly Kayser, Kristie (Phil) Hobbs of Deming, NM. 5 Grandchildren Donald Bourbon, Courtney Perez, Ashley Kayser, Dustin Hobbs, Charity (Chris) Quarrell. 7 great grandchildren Dani, Emma Jane, Lauren, Addison, Brisa, Christian, Chandler and numerous nieces and nephews.

Proceeded in death by her husband of 42 years, Louie Kayser, her parents, John and Louise Dunlap, her brother James Dunlap, her daughter Evelyn Kayser and grandson Zachary Kayser.
