Arthur Thomas Bishop, Sr., age 73, of Cassopolis, died peacefully Tuesday, January 31, 2017 in his residence. He was born October 21, 1943 in South Bend, Indiana to Arthur L. and Elizabeth (Megyese) Ross. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Kim Bishop. Arthur was blessed with special people in his life, especially Rita Bishop and Sue Bishop.
He would like to express a special thanks to Sue Bishop whom he loved since he was 14 years old. She has been overwhelming, standing beside him through all the trials, tribulations and ups and downs in his life.
He always said he would love her forever. Arthur is survived by two daughters, Dawn Bishop, Tracy Bishop Bontrager; one son, Arthur T. Bishop, Jr.; and several grandchildren.
