Art is preceded in death by his parents. Art is survived by his wife of 42 years, Patty Shadaon. One daughter, Melissa McAdam (Steve), two grandchildren, Trey and Kylea McAdam, sister in law Rhonda Choate, brother in law Ronnie Mize, Harley the dog, and the beloved family fish, Frank.
