Arthur “Ray” Ratliff, 69, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 in Indianapolis.
Ray was born September 19, 1952 in Franklin, Indiana to Benjamin Arthur and Mary Mildred (Hayden) Ratliff.
Ray worked at Jonathan Byrd’s in Greenwood, Indiana. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and listening to country music and loved spending time with family and friends.
Ray is survived by three sons, Steven Ratliff, Robert Ratliff, and Scott Tompkins; two grandsons, Clayton Ratliff and Scott Ray Allen Tompkins Jr.; four granddaughters, Stacey, Brittany, and Gracie Ratliff, and Haleigh Tompkins; sisters, Darlene, Joyce, Linda, and Patricia; several nieces and nephews.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Mary; brothers, Richard, Jerry, Terry, and Larry; sisters, Donna Mae, Sharon, and Faye.
