Arthur L. Matusie, 83 Troy Troy Arthur L. Matusie, 83, of O’Neil Street, died Sunday at Samaritan Hospital Troy, after a brief illness. Born in Troy, he was son of the late Louis and Elizabeth Cavanaugh Matusie and husband of Janet McDonald Matusie. He had resided in the Troy area all his life and was educated at Troy Public School 2 and attended Troy High School. Mr. Matusie was a truck driver for Colony Liquor in Menands for 38 years retiring 27 years ago. He previously worked for the Ford Motor Company. He was an avid Yankee baseball fan; a communicant of St. Williams Church in Troy and an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors in addition to his wife include two sons Arthur Matusie of Troy and Thomas Matusie of NC; two grandchildren Thomas and Daniel Matusie of Troy; two great-grandchildren Thomas and Nicholas Matusie of Troy and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters Anna (Dolly) Hasslinger and Irene Dwyer.
