Arthur was born on October 12,1944, as the youngest child of seven to his parents Moses Jones Sr. and Hattie Jones.
He is preceded in death by his five sisters: Claire, Dorothy, Goldie, Mary, Emma and one grandson, Cordell.
Arthur was 76 years old at the time of his passing and is survived by his wife Bernice Jones of thirty-five years; his brother Moses (Sunny) Jones Jr., and three daughters, Jackie, Paulette and Sharon. Along with six grandchildren; great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
