He is survived by his wife, Elva Frantum; three children, Phyllis Young, Greg (Theola) Frantum, and Felicia (David) Cauley; one sister, Ruth Winter; two grandchildren Daniel Young and Shannon Young; two great grandchildren Cody Reed and Alisa Young; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
