He was the brother of David Mullen and Patti Benson. He leaves five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Arthur was born on September 10, 1945 in Needham to the late Arthur and Gertrude (Wheeler) Mullen, Sr. He was a United States Army Veteran. He drove trucks for P.A. Landers in Plymouth.
