Mr. Arthur E. Boucher, 82, died peacefully at his home while surrounded by his family, after a long and courageous battle with many illnesses. He passed on Tuesday, October 12, 2010. He was the husband to Theresa (Muccino) Boucher.
Arthur was born in Waterbury on January 30, 1929 to the late Alfred and Delia (Oulette) Boucher. He was a Korean War veteran while serving in the US Army. He retired from Raymond’s Bakery in Waterbury after working there for many years. He truly enjoyed life as he played golf, duckpin bowling, cards, softball and had a lot of pride when caring for his lawn.
