Arthur E. Phebus, 63, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday, May 28, at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born Sept. 2, 1951, in Goshen, to Thomas D. and Betty L. (Kief) Phebus.
Surviving are several close friends.
Arthur was the life of the party. He enjoyed the simple things in life such as “Gunsmoke” and all his verbal anecdotes he quoted day in and out. He was loved by everyone he met. He changed lives without maybe even realizing that he had. Arthur’s dynamic self will be truly missed by all of his Mosaic family and all his friends.
