He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Craig Stegall Sr. and Lois “Jenkins” Stegall; and brother, Ricky Dean Stegall.
He is survived by his wife, Jessie Stegall of Varnell; daughters, Charity Hope (Christopher) Roccaforte of Varnell and Heather Ellene Horner of Varnell; sisters, Diane Whitker and Sandra (Hubret) Rabon of Monroe, North Carolina; grandchildren, Sydney Bray Harris, London Bret Harris, and Scarlett Olivya Horner; great grandchildren, Adrian Carter Harris, Keaton Jax Harris, and Elias Neko Harris.
