Arthur Carafa Jr.,61, passed away suddenly at home on Monday December 12, 2011. He was born on February 19, 1950 in New Rochelle N.Y. Arthur was predeceased by his parents Nicolina Forte and Dolores and Arthur (Chic) Carafa Sr., his brother Billy Carafa and sister Jelaine John.
Arthur attended Stamford schools graduating from Stamford Catholic High and UCONN. He was self-employed. Arthur enjoyed playing his guitar and spent some of his best times quietly fishing in many of his favorite spots throughout Ct.
This past year as his diabetes progressed his constant companion was Nappy his beloved dog. Thank-you Nappy!
Arthur is survived by his brothers Anthony Carafa and Gary John. Sisters Linda Carafa DiStefano, Julie Carafa Hickey, Jill Carafa, Nickie Carafa Milazzo and several nieces and nephews.
