Arthur B. Dowd, Jr., age 83, of Carriere, MS, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021.. A native of Michigan, he was a retired Engineer at Lockhead Martin. Arthur will be truly missed by all who knew and loved was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur B. Dowd, Sr. and Emily Dowd; his wife, Judith Anne Dowd; and his son, Richard A. to cherish his memory are his daughters Rebecca Dowd Kelly, Amy Dowd ElJurf, Linda Doherty, and Lisa Celistine; his grandchildren, Aaron Kelly, Jabril Knighton, Kierra Knighton, Brandon Doherty, Amanda Doherty, Megan Celistine, Nicole Mendenhall, Chase Celistine, Rick Banks, and Shawna Banks.
