Mr. Fisher was born the son of Charles and Carrie Rice Fisher, on November 1, 1914 in Waterloo, New York. He retired from Garlock in 1976 after working there for 26 years as a machinist.
Mr. Fisher will be missed by his daughters and sons-in-law Micki and Ronald Fagner of Newark, Jackie and Dick Mastrodonato of Chili, Zelda and Ken Johns of Phelps and Joretta and Tom Gorall of Clyde; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Mr. Fisher was predeceased by his loving wife Loretta on Jan. 1, 1999; sons Robert and Bruce both in 1960.
