Arlene (MacNeely) Saltzman, 84, of Glastonbury wife of the late Mervyn Saltzman died peacefully on Friday, December 9, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford after an extended illness. She was born on January 7, 1932 in Hartford daughter of the late Joseph W. and Frances (Dixon) MacNeely. She was raised in Manchester, attended local schools and was a 1950 graduate of Manchester High School. Arlene was employed as an Administrative Clerk at the Rockville Superior Court for over 20 years before retirement in 1999.
