Arlene is survived by her husband, Wayne Romero, Sr.; children, Jeffery Landry, Joey Landry, Wayne “T-Boy” Romero, Jr. (Kymbra Menard); step-daughter, Lauren Sonnier (Heath Dauphine, Jr.); brothers, Steven Borel (Monica) and David Borel (Danette); ex daughter-in-law, Emily Benoit; godchild, Beth Montet; and grandchildren, Athena Istre, R.J. Delahoussaye and Warren Romero.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Borel and the former Geraldine Lege; and her paternal and maternal grandparents.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Wayne “T-Boy” Romero, Lauren Sonnier, and Scarlett Clement, along with Acadian Hospice for the care and compassion shown to Arlene in her time of need.
