Antonio M. “Tony” Ribeiro, Jr. age 73, of Stratford, entered peaceful rest on March 28, 2020 at Bridgeport Hospital. He was the son of the late Antonio M. Ribeiro, Sr. and Alice Ribeiro and was born on March 7, 1947 in Bridgeport. Tony proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era and worked as a buyer for Falk Industries in NYC until his retirement. Tony coached Pop Warner Football in Stratford for 35 years and served as the President of the Board for ten years until he retired. In his early 20’s, Tony also coached Baseball for Hilltop Market and Basketball for St. James Parish in Stratford.
