He is survived by his wife Maria (Pincaro); two daughters Maria J. and Margarida Nunes; siblings Eduarda Ferreira, Lidia Santos, Maria V. Vidreiro, Eduardo M. Nunes and Joao M. Nunes and four grandchildren Samanth M. Antonio, Brenda Lee Nunes, Brendan Torrez and Ashley N. Torres.
