Antonio “Tony” Anes, 85, of Boise passed away August 4, 2011.
Antonio was born October 26, 1925 in Akron, Ohio to Nicholas and Katina (Loukas) Anes. He served in the United States Army as a rifleman from 1944 until 1946, during WW II.
Tony married Anastastia Ioanides on October 28, 1951 in Akron, OH. They lived in San Diego, CA until moving to Boise, ID in 2003. Tony attended Capital Christian Center, Meridian.
Tony is survived by his wife Anastasia of Boise; sister, Fay Siames of Long Beach, CA; daughters, Despina Enos of Cathedral City, CA; and Catherine Sisk of Boise; sons, Nick Anes of Cathedral City, CA; and David Anes of Boise; eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
