Antonio Alfredo Julien, 91, born on 12/15/1925 in Sanctus Spiritus, Cuba passed away peacefully on January 14, 2017. He is survived by his beloved wife, Delfina, joyously married to him over 62 years. He was an extraordinary father to his three surviving children, Alfredo, Jenny and Margaret, and a loving grandfather to Katherina, Jeremy, Jonathan, Benjamin, Stephanie, Matthew and Mathias. He lived a long fruitful life filled with laughter, love and faith. He knew what mattered most and never took it for granted. He taught others how to relish freedom, family, friends, learning, nature, music, honor, justice and fairness to all. He will always be remembered for his smiling eyes and humor, his humility, his quiet strength, wisdom and ability to never abandon hope and persevere in difficult times. He will be missed forever by those that knew and loved him. He was God’s gift to us.
