TORRINGTON – DINTO – Anthony “Tony” Dinto, III, passed away on September 10, 2016. He was the loving husband of Della “Snookums” LaMere for 5 years. Born March 30, 1957 in Danbury, CT; the son of Anthony Dinto, Jr., and Frances (Mahon) Dinto. Tony was employed at Stop & Shop in Torrington and was proudly known as the “Seafood Schmuck” for many years. He loved ice fishing, enjoyed going to tag sales and telling stories. In his own words, “Drive fast and stay to the left.” In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Anthony “Varmit” Parks; step-sons, Robert LaMere, Jr., and wife Carol and Gary LaMere and wife Kathleen; and several step grandchildren.
