HAVERHILL – Anthony Menounos, 91, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2022.
He was born in Leondarion, Arcadia Greece on December 15, 1931. Son of the late Nikitas and Penelope (Karalias) Menounos. Anthony served in the Greek military and was a furniture craftsman by trade. Over the years he crafted many beautiful pieces of furniture. He immigrated to the United States in the early 1970’s and originally settled in Haverhill, MA with his sister and her family. After relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada, he was employed by several casinos as a cabinet maker until his retirement in 1993. Anthony was a member of the St.
He was predeceased by his siblings, Christina Fikis of Haverhill, MA, Haralambos Menounos of Athens, Greece and Sophia George of Las Vegas, NV. Surviving family members include several cherished nieces, Xanthie Lazarakis, Penelope Orfanos, Joanna Nifakos, Nikie Fikis, Maria George, Penelope Menounos and Aggeliki Menounos and nephew, John Fikis.
