Mrs. Annie Ruth Williams, age 84, of Flowery Branch, GA, passed away on February 9, 2021, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton, GA. Annie Ruth was born December 4, 1936, in Gainesville, GA.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 34 years, William L. (Buck) Williams; her parents, Fred Orr and Gladys Summerour Orr; sister, Louise Orr Hester, and brothers, Horace Orr and Harold Orr.
She is survived by her sons, Roger (Robin) Williams, Michael Williams; grandchildren, Heather (David) Anderson, Lindsey (Brandon) Cole; great-grandchildren, William Anderson, Parker Anderson, Mason Cole, Layla Anderson, and Eli Cole; sister, Virginia Mayfield; many nieces and nephews.
Annie Ruth worked at Avery Label for over 25 years and had many friends throughout her employment. She loved her family well and many great times were shared around her pool where she loved watching her grandchildren and later in life her great-grandchildren swim and play. She loved flowers and gardening and looked forward to Spring each year. She had a spunk about her that we laughed at and loved and will be greatly missed.
