Annie Belle Lay age 93, of Birmingham went home to be with her Lord on October 28, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hudson Lay; brothers, James and Ray Maxwell; sister, Gladys Tarr; and daughter, Emma Fillipelli. She is survived by her daughters, Vivian Mitchell (Jay) and Janet Revell (Fred); grandchildren, Lori Salter, Robert Mitchell, Bethany Mitchell, Anna Revell, Nathan Revell, and Leah Revell. “Annabell” as she was affectionately known, was a faithful and active member of Brewster Road Alliance Church as long as health permitted. She was a blessing to all that knew her.
