She was preceded in death by her husband; Fletcher Richards, Jr. a son; Sid Richards and her sisters; Louise M. Coffey and Faye M. Doby.
Mrs. Richards is survived by her son; Ned Richards of Youngsville and her daughter; Deborah Soles and her husband Thomas of Youngsville, brothers; Bill Mitchell, Neal Mitchell, Curtis Mitchell and Willie Gray Mitchell, 6 grandchildren, Teresa Richards, Michelle Hill & husband, David, Kim Allen & husband, Darren, Ginger Richards, Michael Minor, and Joseph Soles & wife, Julie; 14 great grandchildren, Caitlin & Braellin Hill, Faith & Gracelyn Tyree, Devin, Peyton & Khloe Nguyen, Dakota & Dechlan Minor, Gabriella & Damiana O’Brien, Bailey, Zoe & Logan Soles; and 1 great great grandchild, Reign Nguyen.
