Annette was born on February 29, 1964 in Parkston, South Dakota. After receiving a degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University, Annette went on to teach for 23 years in Brevard County Florida.
Serving and helping people and animals were her passions. Annette loved to spend beach time collecting seashells by the seashore and basking in the Florida sunshine.
Annette was preceded in death by her parents Gene and Dorothy Ferwerda and sister Amy Ferwerda. She is survived by her sister Julie Ferwerda who resides in The Villages, Fl.
